２歳になりました！ Happy 2nd Birthday!

息子２歳！大騒ぎして祝った去年の誕生日から１年か、早かった。でもその間たくさん成長した。２歳にしてもうすでに海外生活経験あり、しかもハワイ。

今朝は起きたらリビングに飾り付け、テーブルにカードや花やプレゼントがあって、Sconees Bakeryという地元で人気の美味しいスコーンとブルーベリーブレッドでお祝いしてくれた。絵本とかっこいいTシャツを貰って大喜び。午後は学校のメイデーイベントに行って来た。広い校庭でアロハミュージックを聞きながら、横目でフラを見ながら、息子はかけずり回り、登り、滑り、思う存分楽しんだようだった。天気もよくとても気持ちの良い一日だった。

明日からまたワイキキ、次回アップかなり先に伸びそうです。
１１日には帰国します。

Drawing put up on a ceiling panel, flowers and gifts on a table, a little candle on a blueberry cake from Sconees Bakery (I love their scones!), they did a surprise 2nd birthday celebration for my son.  Very sweet of them.  He loved his gifts, an animal book and a cool organic T shirt.

We went to a May Day event taking place at a school my friends' daughter and son go to.  My son played cheerfully with other boys and girls in a spacious playground with big trees, a slide, swings, etc. with Aloha music and hula in a background.  Very nice Sunday.

We will move to Waikiki once again tomorrow and stay there for rest of our stay.
Internet access will be very limited and my next update will likely be after I head back to Japan, May 11.
