疑心暗鬼、knock on wood

いつもコーヒーばかり飲み、今朝もすでに２杯（うち一杯はでカフェ）
飲んだので午後はホットハニーレモンにしてみた。
宋美玄さん（産婦人科）の読売ドットコムのコラムで
母親が口にするものと母乳の内容には大して関係がないということが
書いてあって（バックナンバー）、
それ以来、普通のコーヒーも飲みたくなったら飲んでいる。

中耳炎になった息子は今週は水木と保育園に一日中いった。
それでも朝通園前と夕方帰り道に耳鼻科へ寄り、鼻水を吸い出して
もらい、 自宅でもこまめに吸い出し、としていたのに、昨日の帰り道
寄った耳鼻科でとうとう抗生物質が出てしまった（涙）
昨日は疲れたのか、具合が悪いのか、両方なのか、家に戻ってから
機嫌が悪く、１７時半頃にはコロッと寝てしまった。
これ以上ひどくなっても可哀想だし、今日は火曜日にいってきた会社の
二次面接があったので午前中だけ保育園に預け、午後家に戻って来た。
今はお昼寝中。

めでたく二次面接で仕事内容の調整、条件面などの擦り合わせが進み
晴れて採用！６月２週目から週３日でパートタイムでスタート予定。

IT系のベンチャーで設立３年目の会社。
ベンチャーはこれまでよい経験がないのでかなり社長にいろいろと
質問したのだが、
新しい事業をドライブするためのキャッシュフローは大手のクライアント
を抱えているのでしっかりしているし、
今後の事業展開プランもはっきりとしているし、
グローバル展開を計画している、
急激ではなく着実に少しずつ成長してきている、
長期視野で働く人を求めていて、アルバイトも後々正社員登用になった際
には社員還元するような体制を考えている、
など、はっきりとした答えが返って来たので決めることにした。
（面接の場が、どっちが採用者なのか分からない状況になっていた、、）

今回の就活のテーマは長期就労、社員登用への道。
前にも書いたが、何ヶ月かおきに仕事探して始めるのも疲れて来たので
この私が、自分でも驚く位今回は守りに入り、いっそ１〜２ヶ月
くらいゆっくりと気長に探そうと思っていたので、
すぐに内定！と言われて必要以上に疑心暗鬼になり内定を一度辞退
したのだが、結局２次面接でお互いいろいろと整理して合意できて
よかった。

とはいえ、結局仕事って働いてみないとわからないから、まだ謎だけど。

３月中旬くらいから履歴書送ったり、ネットから応募して落とされたり
と数社が通り過ぎて行き、はー疲れた！
期待はしすぎないが、今回でまじ、就活最後になることを願う、、、

Hiroto went to his day care Wed, Thurs all day only to get his
infected ears worsen.... I had a second interview with the company
I went to see on Tuesday, so I took him to the day care at 9:15am
and came back to pick him up at 12:30pm.
He got his nose sucked this morning and they gave him antibiotics,
it has been one week and his swollen ear (inside) has not gotten
better. He doesn't cry so I am assuming it does not hurt (thank god)
and no fever so he can still take a nap (he is right now) and sleep
at night.

So, the interview at 10:30am this morning.
They hired me, after all the questions I had for them.
It was funny how I was asking all the questions and the president
was answering them, not the other way around.
I just had to ask every question I had written out on notebook so
that I don't step on same stones again.
This time, I want to make sure (although I know it is never 100%)
I go for someone I can work for a long time and possibly become
a full time employee later in my career when my children are
bigger and yes, this start up IT company based in Shibuya is
able to provide clear answers to all my questions and we decided
we go from here.

In a few years, hopefully their going global plan will really launch
and by that time I can take more active role in that.
