雨ばっかりー！Rain, rain, rainy spring

今春はほんっとーに雨ばっかりで
なんでも昭和46年ぶりだかで
日照時間が少ない春だそうです（怒）
自然相手に怒ってもしょうがないけど。

うちの社長は、
投資家プログラムに受かったらしく
今週日曜からまた西海岸にとんぼ返りで
超超うらやましーーーーー！
カリフォルニアの青い空、かー、恋しいっ！

この投資家プログラムというのは
通称Accelerator Programと呼ばれ、
メンターと言われるすでに成功している事業家
の人が、若い事業家の指導をし、プログラムを
無事終えられたら事業に投資をしてくれるという
事業家支援プログラムらしい。
アメリカにはたくさんあるらしいが、
日本ではまだ発展途上分野で、
やみくもに若いというだけの将来性がしっかり
しないような事業に投資して
大丸損というようなケースも多いらしい。

なんでもそうだけど、なーんか日本っていつまで
たってもアメリカのコピペで、
自分の文化とか風土に染み込ませて活用しないから
こうゆうことになる気がする。

若いこととか、経験がないこと、チャレンジ精神、
失敗に対するフォロー、
すべてについてアメリカとは文化が違い、
土壌が違うのだから、その辺をよーく考えて
日本流にカスタマイズしなければ上手くいかないと
思う。

社長は学生時代ロンドンに留学していた人で、
アメリカはあまり好きじゃないらしいのだが、
今回も、
この西海岸のおおざっぱな感じがあいいれない、、、
とメールに書いてあったが、
私はその大雑把で個人主義、でもすごく現実的な
ところが肌にあっている。
天気よろしく人々もカラっとしているのが楽。

ひさびさにカリフォルニアいきたいなー

あの青く抜ける空とビーチ。

ハワイ熱はかなり落ち着き、
今年はカリフォルニア熱再燃かな。

This spring has soooooo much rain, so much that
it is starting to make me upset.
Weather is very important in terms of how we live.
We need sunlight to stay healthy both physically
and mentally!

My company got accepted to one of Accelerator
Programs in California and CEO flew back there
this Sunday.

I did not know about this program but it seems like
there are many of this whats called Accelerator
Program in which a successful enterpreneur
mentors a young enterprenuer and after completing
a programs, a young enterpreneur recevies investment.

This type of thing is one of the things I really evaluate
highly of US. They have better environment for
enterpreneurs to find chances and succeed and they
are always working to make environment better for them.

In Japan, young enterpreneurs are often picked up on
just because they are young.
I think it is about time we stopped copying US and
for once started doing it our own way.

Oh I miss that California blue sky...
